Just a few days after the first day of fall, Heather and Jackson tied the knot at Rockmill Brewery in Lancaster. I knew it would be a beautiful, perfect day, and I had been looking forward to it for some time!
Heather and Jackson began the day by getting ready separately at Rockmill Brewery. There were so many fun personal touches to capture that expressed their laid-back and sincere personalities, ranging from Heather's white Toms to Jackson's pants' hem with their embroidered wedding date! After getting dressed, Heather and Jackson had an intimate first look on the trail outside before heading down the hill for portraits with their bridal party. Heather, Jackson and I then explored the area around the lake and in the lush woods, where we got some amazing images!
Next, we headed back to the building, where Heather did a first look with both her father (so sweet!) and the rest of her and Jackson's families. We did family portraits before Heather and Jackson's beautiful outdoor ceremony next to the woods. After the ceremony, Heather, Jackson, and their guests enjoyed a delicious dinner served by the En Place Food Truck with desserts by Our Cupcakery, and danced the night away. Outside, guests made smores over a bonfire as Heather and Jackson spent a few quiet moments together next to the lake.
Heather and Jackson are incredibly sweet and down-to-earth, and it was such a pleasure and honor to capture their day. Congratulations to them both!
