Amanda, Mike and I met up last weekend for their engagement session in Olmsted Falls. We already had rescheduled twice due to thunderstorms, but the weather finally cooperated on Sunday and we had a beautiful spring evening with golden hour light. David Fortier Park is one of my favorite locations around Cleveland, since there is so much to work with in a small space: a covered bridge, beautiful trails, and waterfalls all within just a few minutes of each other! Amanda and Mike drove all the way from Mentor for it, so that speaks volumes as well. :)
For Amanda and Mike's session, we began with some shots inside the covered bridge at the entrance to the park. We then walked down through the trails, meandering through the forest and stopping for some shots along a stone bridge a bit farther down near Plum Creek. We then went down to Rocky River for some last shots near the waterfalls. I can't wait for Amanda and Mike's wedding this fall and am so excited for them both!
