Last weekend, my friends Abel and Rebekah made the trip up from Columbus for their engagement session. I've known and worked with Abel for several years, and with both him and Rebekah being photographers themselves, it was such an honor when they asked me to do their pictures! Rebekah and Abel chose to come to Cleveland for their engagement session for a change of scenery and to take in a few of Cleveland's most iconic spots- Squire's Castle in Willoughby Hills and, of course, the Lake Erie shoreline.
We began at Squire's Castle and explored the area both outside and inside the castle. Rebekah and Abel had lots of great ideas, and they made my job easy! After that, we drove to Kenneth J. Sims Park in Euclid- a new spot for me. We decided on Sims Park because it's a bit closer to Squire's Castle than some of the other beaches, and we were already racing the sunset. Sims Park didn't disappoint, and it might be one of my favorite beaches in Cleveland now! We just loved the gorgeous blue water, pier, jetty, sand dunes, and best of all, having the place practically to ourselves!
Below are a few favorite images from Rebekah and Abel's session. Just a few more months until they tie the knot!
