The M Family: Portrait Session in Cleveland, Ohio

On New Years Day, I headed to Highland Heights in Cleveland, Ohio, for a family session with my cousin Laura and her family at their new house. Laura and her husband Todd have two wonderful children: Luke who is five, and Lexi who is two and a half. (Incidentally, they will be the ring bearer and flower girl in my wedding next summer, which I am so excited for!) Luke and Lexi were so sweet and easy to work with, and their two dogs Lola and Maggie also joined us for a bit, though Lola was a bit more interested than Maggie in taking pictures! 

We started off with some portraits indoors with the dogs, then headed to their backyard to catch some beautiful late afternoon light. Luke and Lexi had some fun running through the woods and on their slide, but since it was cold we didn't stay out too long. We returned inside for a few last photographs in which Lexi got to show off her new Princess Elsa dress and even sing "Let it Go". It was such a pleasure to work with this family, and I am excited to show a few favorites below!
