My second portrait session in Columbus last weekend was Katie's senior session. I got to know Katie's family through doing swim lessons in Worthington a while back, as well as from doing her older sister Grace's senior portraits a few years ago. Katie's family moved to Philadelphia two years ago, but since she spent 16 years in Worthington, Katie couldn't resist doing her senior portraits here in Ohio where she grew up. So, Katie and her family drove 7 hours each way in order to do her senior portraits in Columbus- if that isn't hometown love, I don't know what is! 

We began our session in Old Worthington, after a quick stop for ice cream at Graeter's. We then headed to Berend Street nearby, where Katie and her family had lived when they were in Columbus. After some pictures with the street sign there, we went downtown for some hockey-themed shots in front of Nationwide Arena. Katie plays hockey and is a big Blue Jackets fan, so it was the perfect spot to end with!

Katie rocked her session and was a dream to work with, and I can't wait to see what she goes on to do after graduating. Congratulations to the class of 2019!
