Just a few days before Christmas, I headed up to Geneva-on-the-Lake for Amy and Steve's elopement at The Lakehouse Inn. Amy and Steve live near Washington, D.C. and met at the University of Pittsburgh, but they wanted to tie the knot in Cleveland where they have roots. Their wedding was short, sweet, and intimate- it was just the two of them, their officiant, and me to document! This was just what Amy and Steve wanted, and our morning together on the beach of Lake Erie was nothing short of perfection! 

Amy and Steve began their day getting ready together at their Beach House cabin, then we headed down to the beach for their ceremony on the shore of Lake Erie. The wind was gusting and it began to snow, but Amy and Steve embraced it and laughed through it all on the beach and afterward as we explored the grounds of the inn for portraits. Amy and Steve were a dream to work with, and I'm so happy for them both! Congratulations to these two!
