Last Thursday, I met up with Tara and Pat (and their pups Bucky and Bailey!) for their spring engagement session at Wade Oval by the Cleveland Museum of Art. We timed our evening to coincide with peak bloom of the cherry trees lining Wade Lagoon, and the blossoms did not disappoint! Everywhere we turned there were beautiful pink and white flowers celebrating spring, and Tara and Pat were so easy and fun to work with. (As pet owners themselves, Tara and Pat were also super understanding and compassionate as my cat had just escaped- for what would be two days- a few hours before we met up!) 

We began the evening with some group portraits with Bucky and Bailey, then Tara's brother Tom took the dogs so that we could focus on images with just Tara and Pat. We walked around the reflecting pool for some different views of the lagoon and blooms, then ended with a few more images on the steps leading up to the art museum. These two are getting married in October, and I couldn't be more excited for them both!
