Laura and Ryan's wedding in October was my last postponed wedding this year! These two were originally going to tie the knot in October of 2020 but made the difficult decision to wait a year due to the pandemic. Their celebration was worth the wait though- the day went off without a hitch and we had absolutely perfect weather as well!
My assistant Amber and I began the day separately as Laura got ready with her bridesmaids at Suite Salon & Spa in North Royalton and Ryan got ready at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cleveland Downtown. I then traveled downtown with Laura to the DoubleTree, where we staged Laura and Ryan's first look just outside the hotel. Laura and Ryan were so excited to see each other that Laura practically ran up behind Ryan! After that, we drove to the Italian Garden of the Cleveland Cultural Gardens for portraits with Laura and Ryan's wedding party. We had the park practically to ourselves, and just a hint of fall color was starting to show in the trees. We then headed to Tremont Cityside Ballroom in Tremont for family portraits before Laura and Ryan's ceremony next door at the Olney Gallery.
Laura and Ryan's ceremony was sweet and genuine and afterward we did a few last family portraits before heading back across the street for the reception at Tremont Cityside Ballroom. Delicious food, hilarious toasts, and dancing ensued, but Laura and Ryan still were down for stepping outside not once but twice for both sunset and nighttime portraits!
Laura and Ryan have been an absolute joy to work and are both an amazing couple and fantastic humans in general. I am so excited to share favorites from their wedding below. Congratulations!!
