After a year of mostly postponed and downsized weddings due to the pandemic, it was so nice to get back to business as (mostly!) usual for Seleste and Mark's wedding in early June. Seleste and Mark have been together since high school, and their wedding in Strongsville brought together all of their closest friends and family to celebrate with them.
My assistant Amy and I began the day with Seleste and Mark as they each got ready separately with their bridal party at the Holiday Inn in Strongsville. We then headed to Mill Stream Run Reservation, just a few minutes away, for portraits in the park with their friends and family. After that, we headed to Michaud's Catering & Event Center, where Mark, blindfolded, met Seleste for a First Prayer before their ceremony in the courtyard. It was a hot and sunny day, and definitely felt like the middle of summer! Following the ceremony, we did portraits in the courtyard before heading back inside for the reception. Seleste and Mark's reception featured heartfelt toasts and lots of lively dancing, including breakdancing! Just before sunset, I brought Seleste and Mark outside one more time for golden hour portraits in the courtyard.
Congratulations to these two on their new marriage! Below are a few favorites from their day!
