Meg and Tyler were originally planning their wedding for August of 2020, and ended up having to postpone twice due to the pandemic. The third time was the charm though, and these two were finally able to tie the knot and celebrate with their family and friends this July! This wedding encompassed so many of my favorite things: an incredibly sweet and caring couple, an intimate bridal party made up of just the closest friends, lots of personalized and handmade decor, beautiful gardens surrounding us in every direction, and just about the best July weather one could hope for!
I began the day with Meg and Tyler separately as they got ready in the visitors center of Fellows Riverside Gardens, part of Mill Creek MetroParks, in Youngstown. We then stepped outside to the Shade Garden for their first look, which was followed by portraits in the nearby Rose Garden and Perennial Garden. This was my first time shooting at Fellows Riverside Gardens, and it did not disappoint! After portraits, we headed back to the visitors center for Meg and Tyler's ceremony in the White Garden. After a few more family portraits after their ceremony, we headed inside for a lively reception filled with love, laughs, delicious desserts, and even an impromptu mother/daughter/son-in-law dance.
Meg and Tyler have been a true pleasure to work with and I am so happy for them both. Below are a few favorites from their day!
